Recipe(tried): Neiman-Marcus Cheese and Bacon Spread or Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
NIEMAN-MARCUS CHEESE DIP

12 oz. Shreeded cheddar cheese
12 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
6 green onions, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise

Mix and chill overnight.

Add 2 or 3 TBSP more mayonnaise before serving.

Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
