I think I know what you're talking about? It's not a recipe, persay, but I do think I know what kind of candy you're talking about. Was it made out of coconut? I know there is some kind of Neopolitan coconut candy (click here) that is brown (chocolate), white, and pink. I think they sell little bars of it at the Cracker Barrel restaurant/gift shop...
