Recipe(tried): No-Bake Chocolate Cookies

NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp cocoa
2 cups quick oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Cook to a rolling boil for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and add oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir briskly.

Drop on wax paper by teaspoonful. Let set and cool and ready to eat.
