Recipe: Outback Steakhouse Caesar Salad Dressing (copycat recipe)

OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE CAESAR SALAD DRESSING CLONE

1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 cup pasteurized eggs (Egg Beaters)
3 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese
1 1/4 ounces crushed garlic
1 1/2 ounces anchovy fillets, canned in olive oil, drained
2 2/3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper

Blend all ingredients 20 seconds on high and then 20 seconds on low.

Makes 1 quart; servings: 6-12
