Recipe: Peach Custard

Peach Custard:
Serves 6-8

2 c.sliced peaches(Fresh or frozen)
3 eggs,beaten
1 c.sugar
2 Tbls.butter
Cinnamon
1 9" unbaked pastry pie shell

Preheat oven 400 degrees.

Fill pie crust 3/4 full(2 cups) with sliced peaches.

Beat eggs,add sugar,blend,then pour over peaches.Sprinkle with cinnamon,dot with butter.

Bake for 10 minutes,reduce temperature to 350 degrees & bake for 35 minutes longer.
