Recipe: Cranberry Whip (Delight)

CRANBERRY WHIP (DELIGHT)
Servings: 10-12

Make this the day before serving.

1 pkg. (2 cups) fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/2 pkg. (2 cups) miniature marshmallows
1 cup drained pineapple bits or crushed pineapple
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Grind cranberries. Put sugar over them and let stand for 2 hours.

Add marshmallow and pineapple bits. Refrigerate overnight.

Before serving fold in whipped cream.
