Recipe: Mueller's Penne with Shrimp (2006)

MUELLER'S PENNE WITH SHRIMP (2006)

1-Tbsp.vegetable or olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp.garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
1/4 tsp.dried basil
1/4 tsp.dried oregano
1/2 lb.cooked medium shrimp
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. (1/2 pkg.) Mueller's Penne Rigate, cooked and drained

In large skillet heat oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic;stirring constantly, cook 1 minute.
Stir in tomato sauce,cream,basil and oregano;cook 8 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and parmesan cheese, heat though.Toss with Penne Rigate.

Makes 4 servings
