Recipe(tried): Peanut Butter Fudge

Desserts - Candy, Chocolate

I can't find a Betty Crocker recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge in any of my Betty Crocker Cookbooks. However I do have a delicious and easy recipe for the fudge.
Peanut Butter Fudge
1 15-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Skippy Creamy or Crunchy style peanut butter
1/2 cup Karo Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 teas. salt
1 lb confectioner's sugar

Grease a 9-inch square baking pan. IN a 2-quart saucepan stir together condensed milk, peanut butter, corn syrup, and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring until blended. (If mixture becomes too stiff, knead with hands.) Press into prepared pan. Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Makes 2 1/2 pounds.

I realize this may be too late for this Christmas but I just saw your ISO tonight. I hope you enjoy it.
