Easy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Fudge

1 pkg. (12 oz.) peanut butter flavored chips
1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. butter OR margarine
1/2 c. peanuts, chopped (optional)
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips (or 1/2 of 12 oz. pkg.)

In large saucepan, melt peanut butter chips, 1 cup condensed milk and 2 tablespoons margarine or butter. Stir, remove from heat and stir in peanuts (mixture is hot). Spread mixture into waxed paper-lined 8 inch square pan. In small saucepan, melt chocolate chips, remaining sweetened condensed milk and margarine. Spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board. Peel paper off and cut into squares.
