Recipe: Peanut Butter Pie (with butterscotch pudding)

Desserts - Puddings, Gelatin
Hi Cheryl,

I hope this is close - you can probably leave out the peanut butter.

Peanut Butter Pie

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or butterscotch)
1 graham cracker pie shell

Soften cream cheese. Mix with peanut butter until smooth. Slowly add milk, while beating at low speed. When well mixed, add pudding and beat just until mixed. Pour into pie shell and chill. At serving time, top with whipped cream.

Happy Cooking,

Betsy
