Pear & Blue Cheese Salad
Makes: 8 servings, 1-1/4 cups each
1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
2 fresh pears, sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing
TOSS greens with pears, onion, pine nuts and cheese in large bowl. SPOON onto serving plates. Drizzle with dressing.
