Recipe: Cabbage Tossed Salad

Cabbage Tossed Salad

5 cups chopped Iceberg lettuce
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped red cabbage
2 celery ribs, chopped
3 green onions with tops, sliced
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, cabbage, celery, and onions. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Serves 12.
