Recipe(tried): Pierogi One-Dish Casserole

Try this one it is like lasagna but made with different ingredients.

Pierogi One-Dish Casserole

12 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
1 onion, minced
1 cups cooked lasagna noodles

Mash potatoes and mix in cheese. Saute onions in margarine. Cook noodles and allow to cool. In a well-greased casserole, place a layer of noodles, potato/cheese mixture, and then onions with butter. Repeat with second layer. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
