Recipe(tried): Pork Chop Dinner (crock pot)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
PORK CHOP DINNER

1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 to 4 medium baking potatoes, sliced
6 pork chops
1 (10 3/4 oz) can reduced-fat condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water (or milk)

Place the onions and potatoes in the bottom of crock pot. Place the pork chops on the top of the potatoes.

Combine the (undiluted) soup and 1/2 cup water or milk in a small bowl. Pour this over the pork chops.

Cover crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Check to see if the pork chops are cooked through.

You can add a salad and a vegetable for an easy dinner.
