Recipe: Potato and Ham Pie

Potato and Ham Pie

2 cups raw shredded potatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup peas
1 cup finely shredded ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. sliced green onion

Combine potatoes and the 1/2 cup cheese. Press on bottom and up sides of buttered 9-inch pie plate. Combine eggs, peas, ham, cheese, milk and onion. Pour into pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or bubbly brown and set). Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
