Turkey Sandwiches With Spinach Aioli
Aioli is simply garlic-scented mayonnaise. The spinach adds a fresh flavor and pretty color to this sandwich spread recipe.

Spinach Aioli Recipe:

2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 - 3 Tbsp. chopped roasted garlic from jar
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Makes enough for 8 sandwiches.

For each sandwich:

Crusty whole grain bread or rolls
Fresh baby spinach leaves
Havarti cheese
Sliced tomatoes
Cooked sliced turkey or chicken breast
