Ham and Macaroni Casserole

1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cup shredded cheddar
2 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped pimento
Melt butter in saucepan. Add green pepper, celery and onion and cook over low heat 2-3 minutes. Blend in flour, celery seed, salt and pepper and remove from heat. Stir in milk gradually, then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mixture comes to boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add macaroni, cheddar cheese, ham, cottage cheese, eggs and pimento. Blend well. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for several minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until potatoes are heated through and cheese is melted.
