Recipe: Ham Sandwich Spread

leftover ham
onion
celery
mayonnaise
mustard
pickle relish
salt and pepper to your taste.

This is not an actual recipe, but I often make this mixture with
leftover ham.

In a food processor, grind leftover ham and then put into a bowl.

In food processor, chop some onion and celery and add that to the ground ham. Then, add mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, salt and pepper to your taste.

This tastes great on crackers or bread!
