Pressed Chocolate Cookies

Makes: 72
1 cup chocolate chips (6 oz)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour, sifted
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350
Melt chocolate chips over warm water. Remove and add butter and stir till melted. Let cool 10 minutes.
Gradually blend in sugar. Beat in egg.
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Stir into chocolate mixture.
Press through desired disk of cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes.
