Recipe: Pumpkin Bread Recipes for Bread Machine (4)

Breads - Bread Machine
Curried Pumpkin & Banana Bread (bread machine)
Yield: 1 Small Loaf

1 1/2 ts active dry yeast
1 c bread flour, plus 2 ts
1 c whole wheat flour
2 tb cracked wheat
1 ts curry powder
1/2 ts minced garlic
1 tb sesame seeds
2 tb sugar
1/2 c mashed ripe banana
1/2 c canned pumpkin
1 tb vegetable oil
1/4 c water

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your abm manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing.

Dak'S Pumpkin Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)
Yield: 12 Servings

1 pk yeast
3 c whole wheat flour
1 ts salt
1 tb sugar
1 cn canned pumpkin
1 tb pumpkin pie spice
1 c canned evaporated milk, warmed
1 egg

Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start."

West Bend Pumpkin Nut Bread [Abm]
Yield: 1 1/2Lb Loaf

1 c plus 2 tbsp evaporated milk
1/2 c canned pumpkin
3 c all purpose flour
1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c ground nuts; your choice
2 tb brown sugar
3 ts pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 ts salt
2 tb butter or marg
2 ts active dry yeast

Add milk and pumpkin to the pan. Add flours, nuts, sugar, spice and salt to the pan. Level dry ingredients. Place a 1/2 tb butter in each
corner. Make a well and add the yeast. Program for basic.

Pumpkin Bread (Abm)
Yield: 12 Servings
Recipe by: 366 Low-Fat Brand-Name Recipes

1 1/3 c water
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 c canned pumpkin
1 egg
3 c gold medal better for bread flour
1/2 c whole-wheat flour
1 ts salt
1 ts ground pumpkin pie spice
3 tb brown sugar
1 1/2 ts dry yeast
2 tb margarine

Add ingredients in order listed. Program for regular bread and push start.
