Recipe(tried): Quick and Easy Sugar Cookies - Fran, these are a thin, crisp buttery cookie

QUICK AND EASY SUGAR COOKIES

2 sticks (1 cup) margarine, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
dash salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream together margarine and sugar, add to and mix with flour and salt.

Mix together vinegar and soda and add to cookie mixture. Add vanilla and mix well. Roll into balls about 1-inch and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees on a non-stick cookie sheet.
