ISO: Help making crunchy, flat cookies

Hello everyone,

Am hoping that I could get some help with some cookies! I want really really crunchy, flat cookies. I want them crunchy as I don't like "soft" cookies...

So if anyone out there has a recipe for a mad cook-a-holic like me, that would be fantastic!
