Recipe(tried): Quick Corn Relish (using canned corn)

QUICK CORN RELISH

1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp instant minced onions
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 to 1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 (12 oz) can Green Giant Mexi-Corn

In a small saucepan combine all ingredients except for the corn. Bring to a boil; stir in the corn and simmer for 10 minutes.

Spoon into bowl or jar, cover and refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours or overnight before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes 1 3/4 cups
