Recipe(tried): Quick, easy & delicious salad/dessert

Quick Salad

This is an easy, colorful summertime salad that can double as a light dessert. The ingredients might look strange, but it's delicious.


Ingredients:

12 oz. container of cottage cheese
9 oz.tub Kool Whip, thawed
13 oz.can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pint fresh grapes, red or green
1 small package jello, dry (Match the jello with the color of the grapes.
Green grapes: use lime jello, red grapes: use strawberry or cherry jello.

Mix the dry jello with the Kool Whip, then fold in the rest of the
ingredients. Refrigerate for an hour or two, until firm.
