Recipe: Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins

Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1 cup Miniature chocolate chips
2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups Fresh/frozen unsweetened raspberries
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tbps Orange zestMix together flour, baking powder and chocolate chips and coffee granules. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and orange zest. In two additions alternately add the dry ingredients and the milk. Fold in raspberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
