1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped finely
1/4 cup softened margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
FOR THE FILLING:
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
FOR THE TOPPING:
3 cup fresh rhubarb, chopped
1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Pour cooled topping over cheese filling and chill.

TO SERVE:
Serve with whipped cream. Refrigerate.

Hi Sherrie,

This recipe is similar to what you described. If you substitute a graham cracker crust maybe you'll have it!

Happy Baking,
