Recipe: Spice Bag Mixes (for juice or tea) - Orange-Anise Spice Bag, Cardamom-Cinnamon Spice Bag

SPICE BAG MIXES (FOR JUICE OR TEA)

ORANGE-ANISE SPICE BAG

Spoon 1/2 tsp dried orange peel, 1/4 tsp anise seed and two whole allspice in the center of each 5 inch square double thickness cheesecloth piece. Tie securely with cotton string. Give as a gift or keep onhand with instructions to steep in each 5-6 oz cup of hot tea or apple juice.

CARDAMOM-CINNAMON SPICE BAG

Spoon 2 whole cardamom cracked and 1 large stick of cinnamon, broken in the center of each 5 inch square of double thick cheesecloth p[iece. Give as a gift or keep on hand with the note to steep in 5-6 oz cup of hot tea or cranberry juice.
