Salmon with Balsamic Maple Glaze

1/4 cup grapefruit or orange juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. olive oil
4 salmon steaks or fillets - 5 to 6 oz. each
Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper. Combine juice, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stir in oil. Brush steaks with this glaze generously and often while grilling on medium high for about 10 minutes. Accompany with green salad and chocolate-chip cookies or a lemon sorbet for dessert.
