Recipe: Sausage Fold-ups

Sausage Fold-ups
rec.food.cooking/smatterchu
2 cans of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 lb. mild sausage
1 (8oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook and crumble the sausage in a pan. While the sausage is still hot, drain off the excess grease and mix with softened cream cheese. On a non-stick cookie sheet, lay out a can of crescent rolls and separate triangles at the perforation. Cut each triangle in half so that you have a smaller triangle that is nearly equal on both sides. Put a large teaspoon of the sausage mixture in the center of each crescent triangle. Bring the corners together and pinch in the center to hold dough. With the "Fold-ups" evenly spread out on the pan, place them in the oven until the dough is a flaky, golden brown.
