Misc.

Debbie.D.,.AL (08:18:24) : SAVORY CROCKPOT CHICKEN

1-1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1-2 1/2 lb. baby carrots
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 red pepper, sliced thinly
2 T. Better Than Bouillon--chicken
1/2 cup white wine
2 T. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray the crockpot with Pam. Place the chicken on the bottom of the crockpot. Arrange the "veggies" around the chicken. Put bouillon, spices, salt, and pepper on the chicken. Pour the
white wine around the veggies/chicken and cover. Cook 4-6 hours on low.

Remove the chicken and veggies from the broth. Add one can of cream of chicken soup to the broth. Let this mixture get hot. Put 1/4 cup water and 1 T. cornstarch in a small cup and mix together. Pour this mixture into the chicken gravy and let cook for a few minutes. Serve the gravy over the chicken and cooked noodles. Easy and good!
