Savory Sage Riblets
2 1/2 teaspoons ground sage
2 1/2 teaspoonssalt
2 1/2 teaspoonsblack pepper
1 1/4 teaspoons thyme
1 1/4 onion powder
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne
6 lbs. baby back ribs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Blend together sage, salt, pepper, thyme, onion powder and cayenne. Rub mixture over both sides of ribs. Put them on a baking sheet;roast 1/2 hour, turn and cook 1 hour more.
