Recipe(tried): Vegetable Chickpea Bouillabaisse - This recipe turned out great!

Soups
I halved this recipe and made it this morning. I had a bowl for lunch and it was great, very reminiscent of the soups I enjoyed while in Italy. I didn't have any butternut squash and added a whole can of beans instead of halving them. I omitted the cheese at the end, just pushing a slice of sourdough into the bottom of my soup bowl and ladeling hot soup over it. Yum! (I also used half an onion for the leek)
