Recipe: Creamy Horseradish Fish Fillet Sandwiches

CREAMY HORSERADISH FISH FILLET SANDWICHES

6 Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets (any flavor)
3 bulkie rolls,cut horizontally in half
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 ounces sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon chopped scallions
1 cup chopped lettuce

Bake fish fillets according to package directions.

Combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add horseradish and scallions to cream cheese mixture.

TO SERVE:
Place a small bed of lettuce on the bottom half of the bulkie rolls and top with fillets (2 fillets per sandwich). Spread cream cheese mixture over fillets, top with other half of the bulky roll and serve.
