Recipe: Smothered Pork Chops

Here's a recipe I found on the net. I haven't tried it but it sounds good.
6 good sized pork chops
2 cans condensed cream of Mushroom soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup Brandy (or a flavorful wine if experimenting)

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix soup, sour cream and brandy in a bowl to make a sauce. Place porkchops in a large baking dish. Cover with sauce and put in oven. Cook approximately 1 1/2 hours or until pork appears done to taste. Minimum if checking with meat thermometer is 170 degrees. I prefer a crispy edge and no pink showing in the meat.
