Recipe(tried): Soft Sugar Cookies (tried)

Drop Sugar Cookies

2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c oil
1 t lemon zest
2 t vanilla
3/4 c sugar
2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt

Combine eggs, oil, vanilla and zest. Blend till thickens, add sugar. Mix well. Combine dry ing. and sift into mix. Mix well. Drop onto ungreased pan 2" apart. Slightly flatten with sugared glass bottom. Bake 400 degrees 8-10 min.
