FRUIT SALAD GLAZE
1 Cup whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

BANANA DRESSING
3 large bananas
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
Lemon, to taste
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Blend bananas and cream cheese with electric mixer. Add lemon juice and whipped cream, mixing well by hand.

FRUIT SALAD DRESSING
This is delicious on a fresh fruit salad made of bananas, cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, grapes, cherries and apples.
1/3 cup granulated sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 eggs
6 ounces cream cheese, whipped
In a double boiler mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add lemon juice, orange juice and pineapple juice. Cook over warm water for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Beat eggs and slowly add to cooked mixture. (It is best to add a little cooked mixture to the eggs and blend well, then return to double boiler.) Cook, stirring, 5 minutes more. Cool and blend with cream cheese.
Stores well in refrigerator for several weeks.

MARSHMALLOW DRESSING
1/4 to 1/2 cup fruit juice (orange, pineapple and
apple) or Grand Marnier liqueur
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces Marshmallow Fluff
Blend cream cheese and Marshmallow Fluff thoroughly. Gradually add liquid to desired consistency.
Spoon over fruit salad or serve as a dip for prepared fruit.
Makes about 2 cups.

PEANUT BUTTER FRUIT SALAD DRESSING
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup creamy or chunk style peanut butter
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
Mix together sour cream, peanut butter and corn syrup.
Serve over mixed fresh fruit salad.
Makes 1 cup.

POPPY SEED DRESSING
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1/3 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup vinegar
2 cups vegetable oil
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
In a blender, blend onion and vinegar until completely smooth. Add sugar, dry mustard, salt, and vinegar. Mix at medium speed until well combined. Add vegetable oil (never use olive oil) very slowly and continue to mix with blender until thick. Add poppy seeds and continue to mix until blended.

SWEET FRUIT DRESSING
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons onion, minced
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Store in a jar in the refrigerator. Serve over drained canned fruits or fresh fruits.

RASPBERRY CREAM DRESSING
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
In small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream and salt until stiff peaks form. Fold in mayonnaise, raspberry preserves and lemon peel until well blended. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
Serve on fruit salads.
Makes 3 cups.
