Recipe(tried): Southwestern Coleslaw

Misc.
SOUTHWESTERN COLESLAW

With just enough "tingle" to make it interesting but not hot, this spicy coleslaw is a really interesting change to ordinary recipes.

1 1/2 bags of coleslaw mix (produce section of your store)
1 red or green bell pepper, finely chopped
About 3 green onions including tops, finely minced
1 cup of your favorite bottled Ranch style salad dressing
1 tbsp Tabasco Chipotle pepper sauce
3 tbsp honey

Place coleslaw mix, bell pepper, and green onions in a large bowl.

Mix salad dressing, pepper sauce, and honey with a whisk until blended.

Pour over other ingredients and toss until well mixed.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
