SPAGHETTI SALAD
12 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked and
drained
16 oz. Italian dressing
1/2 jar Schilling salad supreme
2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
1 red onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1/2 c. chopped black olives.
Combine all and marinade overnight.

Three Cheese Tortellini Salad

7 Oz Cheese Tortellini
1 Cup sliced celery
1 Cup fresh broccoli florets
1 C Cheddar Cheese -- cubed
2 1/4 Oz Ripe Olives, Sliced -- drained
1 Cup cherry tomatoes -- halved
-----PARMESAN DRESSING:-----
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Tsp Dried Marjoram
Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse
with cold water. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except tomatoes; toss gently.
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour dressing
over salad; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. Just
before serving, add tomatoes; toss gently.

BEER BRISKET
4 lb beef brisket
Salt and pepper
1 c. onion, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 c. chili sauce
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
3 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 can ( 12 oz.) beer
Preheat oven to 300 degrees or outdoor grill. Season salt and pepper. place in roasting pan. Top with sliced onion. Combine chili sauce, sugar, garlic, beer, honey, molasses. Pour over meat. Cover, bake 4 to 5 hours. Remove cover, basting occasionally. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Remove beef, slice. Degrease pan bottom if needed. Add 1 cup (max) of cooking liquid to pan. Blend in flour or cornstarch. Simmer until thick. Serve on side.
You can make this a day ahead, slice thinly, and serve hot or cold with buns.
