Recipe: SPARE RIBS, bar-b-qued

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
SPARE RIBS - BAR-B-QUED --This is a recipe I got put in the Syracuse Herald American newspaper for as "Cook of the Week" for. Everyone that has eaten them, LOVES them.
Country style spareribs(my preferance)
Dash onion salt
One cup catsup
One tablespoon sugar
Two tablespoons Worchestire sauce
two tablespoons vinegar
few drops of tabasco sauce (depends on how hot you like them)
two cups of water
one teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-2 tablespoons of chile powder

Mix all ingredients(except the spareribs) in a blender. Line spareribs in a single layer in casserole dish or large cake pan (glass is better). Pour sauce over them (it will be very watery, that's how it's supposed to be) Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for one hour. If you have more spareribs (they should be completely covered with the sauce when you start to bake), just make more sauce. If you do this and they're in the same pan, it may take longer to bake. Hope you like them!! Have a great week. susan
