Recipe: Spinach Salad and Strawberries and Blueberries and Poppy Seed Dressing

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
Spinach Salad and Strawberries and Blueberries
and Poppy Seed Dressing

spinach (cleaned, de-stemmed, and torn)
strawberries (sliced)
blueberries (whole)
walnuts or pecans (halved)

Dressing:
1/3 cup sugar1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup salad or olive oil
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds

Mix a bag of spinach, strawberries, and blueberries. Add nuts. Just before serving, mix dressing ingredients in a covered jar, shake well, and dress salad.
