I MAKE SPRINGEERLIE EVERY CHRISTMAS. MY GRANDMOTHERS RECIPE IS ABOUT THE SAME AS YOURS, THEY DIDNT GIVE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS, ONE TIP: USE POWDERED SUGAR INSTEAD OF GRANULATED, ALSO, CAKE FLOUR MAKES A BETTER COOKIE.....STORE IN A PLASTIC BAG, WITH A ZIP-LOCK TOP WITH A SLICE OF WHITE BREAD IN THE BOTTOM WRAPPED IN PLASTIC WITH HOLES POKED IN IT, IT KEEPS THE COOKIES FROM BECOMIN TOO HARD, IF THEY GET HARD, REPEAT THE LAST TIP....
