Recipe: Strawberry Lemonade (using club soda)

Strawberry Lemonade (using club soda)
Servings: 4

1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled, pureed in blender
3 cups cold water
3/4-1 cup lemon juice (or to taste)
3/4 cup sugar*
2 cups club soda, chilled
Ice
Garnishes **

* Up to 1 cup sugar may be used to sweeten lemonade
** Garnishes could be more strawberries and/or mint leaves

In pitcher, combine pureed strawberries, water, lemon juice, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Add club soda. Serve over ice and garnish with strawberries and/or mint leaves.
