Recipe(tried): String them up, just like in magazines!

Misc.

I had some a couple of years ago that I just laid on the counter, and forgot about them. I didn't plan to dry them but that's what happened to them. Worked fine!

If I had a lot of peppers, I would string them up. They look great hanging in a kitchen and are ready to grab when you are cooking. I haven't looked to see what the procedure is but we used to dry green beans by stringing them on strong white thread, just used a clean needle to string them together (these are called "leather britches"), just like popcorn for the Christmas tree. I would think the same procedure would work with the peppers.
