Recipe(tried): Stripe It Rich Cake (Pudding Cake)

Desserts - Cakes
This recipe is off the Jello Pudding box many years ago. It was a favorite of my boys when they were growing up. Of course they always wanted chocolate but you can use any flavor. Hope this is what you were looking for! - Karyn

Stripe It Rich Cake

1 cake mix (baked in a 13x9-inch pan)
2 small boxes pudding (cooked type)
1 cup powdered sugar
4 cups milk
2 Tbsp. butter

Poke holes in cake after baking with a straw or handle of wooden spoon.

Combine pudding mix and sugar. Gradually stir in milk: add butter. Cook, stirring contantly until it boils. Quickly pour over cake.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
