Recipe(tried): Key Lime Jelly - recipe correction

YELLOW food coloring is used for Key Lime Jelly as Key Limes are YELLOW! Please do NOT use green coloring (Persion lime color) The jelly must be brought to a hard boil b4 adding the Certo. Then bring it back to a boil for one full minute. I have a Key Lime tree and make cases & cases of the jelly every year. The fresh fruit has a much better flavor than the bottled juice!
