Recipe: Supper Salad

Salads - Main Dish
Supper Salad

1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup frozen peas cooked in water with 1/2 tablespoon sugar, then drained
Minced onion (as much as you like)
1 stalk chopped celery
1 cup cauliflower, raw and sliced

Toss with bottled Italian Dressing. Serve on a bed of lettuce with toast and fruit.
