Recipe: Cabbage Casserole

Cabbage Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
3 cups shredded cabbage

Cook beef and onion, add any spices you like to use. Add sauce, broth,stir to blend, place 1/2 of cabbage in casserole dish, top with beef, repeat layers. Bake 35-40 or til hot and cooked.
