Recipe: Easy Chili

EASY CHILI

2 pounds lean ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
4 (16 ounce) cans chili-hot beans, undrained
1 (1 3/4 ounce) packages chili seasoning mix
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice

Cook beef and onion in a Dutch oven, stirring until meat crumbles; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 2 hours.
