Supreme Vegetable Slaw (serves 24)

Servings: 24
12 cups shredded green cabbage
9 cups small broccoli florets
3/4 cup thinly sliced red peppers
1 1/2 cups celery, bias cut, 1/4-inch
1 1/2 cups sliced red onions
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
17 tbsp McCormick Pepper Supreme
4 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
17 tbsp sugar
Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes. Shock in ice water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Combine all vegetables in a stainless steel bowl and toss to mix.
Mix next 4 ingredients together; pour over vegetables. Mix to coat all vegetables well.
Allow to stand at least 2 hours before serving.
