Recipe: Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato Fries

2 sweet potatoes; peeled and julienned
oil for deep frying
1/2 tsp nutmeg;
Chili powder,
Cayenne powder,
Celery salt

Preheat oil to 375 degrees F. Add sweet potatoes to oil and cook until crispy and golden. Stir together nutmeg, Chili powder, cayenne pepper and celery salt. Transfer fries to paper towels to drain and sprinkle with spice mixture. Yield: 2 servings
